December 10 Sec-Tec enjoys record subscription renewals

Despite the economic downturn, Sec-Tec has recorded over 98% of subscription renewals for the 2010-2011 financial year. “Organisations realise that while savings have to be made, reducing security efforts is not an option” said David Wray, Sec-Tec’s Principal Consultant.

Sec-Tec works with clients to actively identify the best return on investment, a lot can often be done with relatively little. Organisations are also increasingly ring fencing a percentage of the IT budget to security requirements which allows security to be built into projects from inception, as opposed to be grafted on at the end. This results in a far better return on security investment.
